The culture behind product and sales is the secret weapon of the high level competition between companies. Our culture mainly has four parts£º
Material culture£º
we design meaningful trademark. We unite and widely use standard characters, standard color and business card, improve our product and our package designs, design and publish our propagandistic books and tablets, do well in the neat, clean, virescence of the our company, improve our production, work, life facilities and various kinds of buildings¡¯ designs, sculpt, color and inner upholster. Now, we are building our science and technology building and our talent building.
Behavior culture£º
We set up and improve the principles of workers¡¯ wearing, appearance, behaviors, manners, work, production and life, fully lay out our beautiful image; set criteria to the behaviors of high and middle level managerial cadres; standardize staff¡¯s behavior in associating to the others; build equal, democratic, harmonious, full of appetency relationship among staffs; launch various kinds of thoughts, technology, culture and sport activities normally.
System culture£º
We establish and improve 46 managerial systems, which specifically standardize work and actions in various fields, and make the inner management step into a new stage of the system management.
Mental culture£º
Our company puts forward the grand goal that ¡°build a one-hundred-year Dongqiang¡±, has excited the staff¡¯s enthusiasm and creativity greatly.
