First is ¡°recruit¡±. We go to the regional labor market to recruit the graduates of

 

university, junior college and special secondary school every year. By the end of last year, we have already recruited 24 graduates from universities and colleges totally.

Second is ¡°employ¡±. We successively employed 48 experts, professors, served as chief engineer, deputy director of research institute, director of new products research institute and marketing, management counselor, work in the company long-termly or irregularly.

Third is ¡°absorbing wisdom¡±. We successively employed 5 German cable experts, supported by national expert office, came to our company to offer services, such as technological guidance, technological consultation and debugging import equipment, high-new product research, etc.

Fourth is ¡°horse-racing¡±. At the end of every year, we will organize some managerial cadres and workers compete for posts, and choose talent in ¡°competition¡±. We fix the good horse with ¡°horse- racing¡±; the adjustment rate is about 15% to 20%.
