5¡¢Carry on the talent management of regarding trust as the foundation, combining obligation and encouragement together
      For many years, we tightly combine ¡°selecting, choosing the right person, cultivating talent, managing talent¡± together, and pay much attention to the management of talent, including behavior standardization, system obligation,
 

encouragement and caring, in order to make the whole company united, and form appetency and cohesiveness. The specific methods of talent management are£º

     1¡¢Signing ¡°employing contract¡± with employees, and establishing the relation of the agreement.

     2¡¢Enacting ¡°ten three¡± for workers¡¯ behavior and 46 management systems. We make them into small books, print and distribute for each employee to study and carry out.
