Both sides held the signing ceremony in Dongtai, Jiangsu. Wang Zichun, president of Jiangsu Dongqiang Co., Ltd, and Roland Schultner, president of Kerpen, Germany, presented and signed the agreement. This cooperation will infect the domestic and international cable trade much.
　　 According to the introduction of Wang Zichun, president of Jiangsu Dongqiang Co., Ltd, the first total amount of the investment is 1 million Euros, registered capital is 700 thousand Euros. And each side holds 50% of the stock right. New company is responsible for research; produce cables for the requirement of domestic and international market and raw material; support cables with good quality produced by Jiangsu Dongqiang Co., Ltd to Kerpen; sale cables produced by Dongqiang, Kerpen and other countries in Chinese and international market; organize and realize some relevant international trade projects. Kerpen will support relevant technology of manufacturing cables and raw material to Joint Venture, help to train technology, sales and management staffs for Joint Venture, in order to improve the management level. Jiangsu Dongqiang will support positive environment for Joint Venture’s production and management.

    The director and production unit of Chinese CCTV-two came to Dongqiang from June 20th to 22nd. They reported the deed and experience of establishing famous brand, filmed a special item of our “first-class equipment, first-class technology, first-class product, first-class quality”. And they decided to broadcast it in “brand report” in August firstly.
