   On April 9th 2003, National Economy and Trade Commission, National Planning Commission and Finance Ministry documented the Documents of National Economy investment [2003] No.307, have assigned the notice that the national key technological transformation project fund plan of the second special fund for treasury bond in 2003. Our Cat 6 data cable is in the international leading level, and it is the national key point technological transformation project. National Economy and Trade Commission have declared the finance pay interest plan to help enterprise purchase equipments, testing machines and carry on the transformation to data cable’s production line.

    Jiangsu Dongqiang Co., Ltd passes the test of American UL system and Tyre authentication center’s certificate.
      From March 3rd to 7th 2003, the experts of American UL authentication center, Sanuny HongKong Co., Ltd Taiwan Branch came to our company for testing of IS09001: 2000 management system. And on April 2nd 2003, we received the certificate authorized by American UL headquarter. It shows that we have got the “green card” for selling our products abroad.
      From March 23rd to 24th 2003, two experts of Tyre Beijing authentication center came to our company for the test of quality management system, and enlarge the test range about whether the quality management system required in 7.3 article accounts with requirement in GB/T19001-2000.The result of the test is: agree to give the suggestion of the use of the certificate to National Tyre authentication center, meanwhile, suggest the authentication center enlarge the testing range.

    On March 26th 2003, we passed the quality management system of IS09001: 2000 through USA UL safety certification organization; this authoritative organization awarded the certificate of checking to Dongqiang in the first ten days of April. Since then, our data cable gets the “pass” of American market.
