Ministry hold the technological checking meeting of railway inner shielded digital signal cables’ technical conditions in Beijing. The meeting has passed “railway inner-shielded digital signal cable technical condition”(provisional) and the examination suggestions of its trial-produced sample.
    “Railway inner shielded digital signal cable” is trial-produced by five cable plants, such as Dongqiang, Tianshui, Jiaozuo, etc. After the checking of product quality checking center of Railway Ministry, and testing according to testing technology condition and testing outline of “inner shielded railway digital signal cable”, the results show that the electrical performance is eligible. After the discussion of technical checking committee, they agree through technical condition, trial-produce sample and finished end, continuing the craft to examine. Propose this serial cable should be tested according to technical condition, and it should be used after qualified.
    After the research and test of cable producer such as Dongqiang, the technical condition of “technical condition for railway inner shielded digital signal cable”(provisional) is eligible, feasible. The formulation of this provisional technical condition supports helpful and necessary condition for railway signal cable’s technology development and the use in the field of research and design, etc. Application of railway inner-shielded digital signal cable creates advantages for reducing signal attenuation, strengthening cable transmits length, reducing arterial cable root, reducing the cost of project.

    On March 12th 2003, the municipal Party committee municipal government held “two advanced work” meeting of 2002.      At the end of February of 2003, the telecommunication cable and railway signal cable, produced by Jiangsu Dongqiang Co., Ltd, won the title of “Jiangsu Famous Product” by the recommendation and declaration ring upon ring of the county, city, province quality technology supervise office, and this is the fifth time for Dongqiang’s cables won the title of “Jiangsu Famous Product”. On February 24th 2003, Xinhua Daily published the text of 469 products’ names and manufacturers’ names that got the Jiangsu Famous Brand this time.

   The late February of 2003, Doctor Jansen, vice president of Kerpen Germany, came to our company for investigation, and signed an agreement of supporting plan of Cat 5 and Cat 6 cables with us.
