In petrochemical enterprise, during the process of feeding, polyolefin powder may produce a lot of static and can be observed as cone-shaped static discharge. That discharge is not sufficient to result in fire, but if flammable gas increases accidentally in case of abnormal reaction, disposal of unqualified material, failure of equipment and wrong operation, compound ignition energy of powder declines and the discharge may ignite and detonate powder. More danger may be induced if there is metal extrusive structure in bunker. A lot of explosions caused by powder static have taken place in the world, and most of them relate to wrong controlling of spot gas. So the implementation of static subsidiary controlling is useful to raise security of present equipment.

Main controlling cabinet: installed within area without explosion protection so as to observe and control the working state of eliminator of all the bunkers.
Subsidiary controlling cabinet: installed on worktable neighboring feeding entrance of bunker, and supply working power, signal controlling and aerator display to eliminator Profile structure see chart2.
